Data Deletion

The SingleForm mobile app stores your profile information (name, email, phone, addresses, and any custom fields you add) locally on your device. Nothing is transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Delete all profile data

1. Open the SingleForm app on your device
2. Tap the Settings tab
3. Scroll to Clear All Data
4. Confirm the action

This permanently removes every profile, login, and preference stored by the app.

Uninstalling the app

Deleting the SingleForm app from your device also removes all locally stored data. If you reinstall, the app starts fresh with no previous profile information.

Diagnostic data

The mobile app sends anonymous crash and performance diagnostics to Sentry to help us improve stability. This data is not linked to your identity and contains no profile information. To request deletion of diagnostic data associated with your device, email support@singleform.ai.

If you have a SingleForm account for the web platform (used to create and manage forms), you can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

1. Sign in at app.singleform.ai
2. Go to Settings → Account
3. Click Delete Account and confirm

Deleting your account permanently removes your forms, form submissions, account profile, and billing information. This action cannot be undone.

If you are unable to access your account, email support@singleform.ai from the email address associated with your account and we will process the deletion on your behalf.

After deletion, SingleForm may retain limited records required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

• Financial and transaction records required by tax and accounting regulations (retained per applicable law)
• Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics that cannot be linked back to an individual
• Records required to respond to legal process or prevent fraud and abuse

All other personal data is permanently removed within 30 days of deletion.
